Nokterna App Support
If you're experiencing issues with the Nokterna app, including login problems, account access, bugs, reporting users, or technical issues, contact us, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your Nokterna account at any time from within the app under "Bathroom" → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, and associated personal data. If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us here, and we'll process your request promptly
Order Issues
If you have a problem with a recent order — damaged items, missing packages, or incorrect products — please contact us with your order number and a brief description and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
